Pastoral Team

Lane and Rebecca Holland - Pastor & First Lady

Pastor Lane and Sis. Becky Holland have devoted their lives to serving God, His Church and their community. Married in 1991, they began their ministry journey by faithfully serving wherever they were needed—teaching Sunday School and home Bible studies, leading youth, overseeing Sunday School, participating in music ministry and helping maintain the church.

After receiving ministry training under the leadership of Bishop James Beardsley, Pastor Lane received his local ministerial license with the United Pentecostal Church International in 2004, his general license in 2006 and his ordination in 2010. In 2007, he was elected pastor of Apostolic Lighthouse. He later followed God’s leading to move the congregation to Pennsville Township, where it became New Life Worship Center.

Pastor Lane and Sis. Becky continue to serve alongside their family with a genuine love for people and a heartfelt desire to reach everyone, regardless of culture or ethnic background. Their vision is for New Life Worship Center to be a welcoming place where everyone can encounter God, grow in faith and find a church family to call home.

They are blessed with three children, Dylan, Dalton and Amayah; two daughters-in-law, Kaitlyn and Madison; and they are joyfully preparing to become first-time grandparents.

Steven and Dollie Griffith - Assistant Pastor & Treasurer

Steven Griffith was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma. At the age of five, his family moved to New Bern, North Carolina, where his father faithfully pastored for more than twenty years. Steven had the privilege of serving alongside his father in ministry for many years before receiving his local license with the United Pentecostal Church International (UPCI) in North Carolina in 2005. That same year, he moved to New Jersey and began attending New Life Worship Center.

In 2006, Steven married Dollie, a lifelong resident of New Jersey who has been a dedicated part of New Life Worship Center since its founding in 2003. Dollie holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Rowan University with a specialization in Management. Together, they have served the church in many capacities, including Youth Ministry, worship, Bible studies, and teaching.

Steven was appointed Youth Pastor in 2007 and named Assistant Pastor in 2010. He has since earned his general license and was ordained with the UPCI in 2023. He remains passionate about teaching, preaching, and leading home Bible studies while serving faithfully under and alongside Pastor Lane in any capacity needed.

Dollie currently serves as church treasurer and leads the Genesis Process, a faith-based recovery program that helps individuals overcome self-destructive behaviors, compulsions, and addictions. Steven and Dollie are blessed with two children, Mason and Makayla Griffith.
